Co-Parent
Coaching
Co-parent coaching supports two adults raising a child across one or two households. Sessions help you improve communication, reduce conflict, and set shared expectations so your child experiences consistency instead of mixed messages. We focus on what matters most for co-parents practical communication skills, clear agreements, and a more collaborative approach that lowers tension and brings stability to your child’s day to day life.

Coaching
Parent coaching helps you create a calmer, more predictable home life and strengthen your connection with your child. Sessions focus on the challenges happening inside your household whether that’s daily routines, behavior struggles, or moments where stress runs high. Coaching Pricing
Individual coaching: $150 per 50 to 60 minute session
Parent coaching: $200 per 50 to 60 minute session
Co parent coaching: $200 per 50 to 60 minute session
All coaching services are private pay and not submitted to insurance. If your HSA or FSA covers coaching or mental health support, you can usually use those funds for sessions.
