Workshop Overview
When parents live in separate homes, routines shift and tensions can rise quickly. The Co-Parenting Workshop helps families find steadiness again by turning daily friction into practical collaboration.
Through three live sessions, Dr. Denise guides parents in creating healthier communication patterns, setting boundaries that hold, and keeping their child’s needs at the center of every decision. Each session combines guided discussion, reflection, and planning so both parents can make real progress week by week.
Drawing on trauma-informed and family-systems practices, the program teaches parents how to stay calm under pressure, listen without reacting, and bring consistency to both households. Families leave the workshop with clearer communication, steadier routines, and a renewed sense of shared purpose.
What To Expect
Sessions blend teaching, reflection, and collaborative problem-solving. Parents learn to communicate more clearly, lower tension, and focus on stability for their children. The format encourages understanding and cooperation, giving each parent tools to handle challenges with confidence. Between sessions, parents practice new habits that strengthen consistency across homes, so children feel safe, supported, and secure.
